Lauren is a passionate advocate of rugby, recognizing its ability to unite people and bring communities closer together. With 17 years of competitive playing experience and a solid coaching background,

Lauren moved to Squamish over three years ago to start a family. Rugby has always held a special place in her heart, and she is determined to make a lasting impact by fostering the growth of the sport within the Squamish community.

Ultimately Lauren wants to contribute to the establishment of a thriving rugby club that will be there for her daughters to play and create lasting memories.
